Academy II

Boys, U13 to U18/19

Academy II teams include players aspiring to the Academy level and collegiate level of play. Teams are part of the National League or EDP regional platform and are led by the top college and youth coaches in the region. The competitive schedule includes both regional and national level tournaments/showcases in addition to a year-round league, including a high school friendly schedule for U15-U19 teams.

Premier

Boys, U13 to U18/19

Premier teams include players aspiring to play at a high youth level and/or collegiate level of play. Teams participate in EDP Regional platforms and are held to a high standard of competition and coaching leadership. The competitive schedule includes both a local and regional calendar of league-play, tournaments, and showcases.

Pre-Academy

Boys, U9 to U12

Pre-Academy teams are formed beginning at U-9 with a focus on individual player development. Each age group will have teams participating in both the Northeast Academy League (NEAL) as well as an EDP league and select tournament play. Weekly training sessions emphasize ball mastery and the foundational components of the game.

Richard Nuttall

Boys Director, Long Island SC

Richard Nuttall, a former professional soccer player in England and a former member of the Long Island Rough Riders, completed his 33st season as Hofstra University Head Men’s Soccer winningest Coach in 2023 with the winningest program history.

As our Boys Director, Richard translates his collegiate level knowledge to ensure teams’ growth and success.
