Academy II
Girls, U13 to U18/19
Academy II teams include players aspiring to the Girls Academy and collegiate level of play. Teams are part of the National Academy League platform and are led by the top college and youth coaches in the region. The competitive schedule includes both regional and national level tournaments/showcases in addition to a year-round league, including a high school friendly schedule for our U15-U19 teams.

Premier
Girls, U13 to U18/19
Premier teams include players aspiring to play at a high youth level and/or collegiate level of play. Teams participate in EDP Regional and USYS National League platforms and are held to a high standard of competition and coaching leadership. The competitive schedule includes both a local and regional calendar of league-play, tournaments, and showcases.
Pre-Academy
Girls, U9 & U12
Pre-Academy teams are formed beginning at U-9 with a focus on individual player development. Each age group will participate in an EDP League and select tournament play. Weekly training sessions emphasize ball mastery and the foundational components of the game ensuring players both enjoy the game and are prepared for the next level of play.
Pamela Lumpe
Girls Director, Long Island SC
Pamela brings over 30 years of coaching experience to her role as the Girl’s Director, During her time as a player, Pamela was selected All-East Region at Northport High School and went on to play Division I soccer at the University of Virginia and was selected for two USWNT camps.
As our Girls Director, Pamela leads all girl’s programs to ensure their growth and success.
