Finishing, Fitness & Footwork
U9-U14
Monday–Thursday, 9am–12pm
Week 1: July 22, 23, 24, 25 @ Mitchel Field Stadium
Week 2: July 29, 30, 31, Aug @ Mitchel Field Stadium
Camp Topics Include: Striking & Finishing, Speed & Agility, Transitional Play, Small Sided Games, and 1v1 Skills.
High intensity and structured technical work, fitness and small sided games. Players will circuit through challenging, concentrated Technical Stations for shooting and skills, Conditioning, and small-sided games. Maximum touches and repetitions in focused areas of the game.

High School & College Prep:
Players will circuit through intense, concentrated Finishing/Shooting, Conditioning, and Technical Skill work. Maximum touches and repetitions in focused areas of the game. This clinic will seek to improve skill and prepare players for the next steps in their soccer journey whether that be High School or College Preseason.

Players will circuit through intense, concentrated Technical Shooting, Ball Mastery, Conditioning, and small-sided games. Maximum touches and repetitions in focused areas of the game. This clinic will seek to challenge the skills and intensity of players to improve technique and confidence in high pressure game situations.

5:30 – 6:45 PM | U9 to U14
6:45 – 8:00 PM | U15 to U19
Players will be grouped based on ability and age. LISC Goalkeeper Staff will provide a comprehensive technical curriculum for the summer program. Each clinic date will include 60 minutes of technical instruction, repetitions, and pressure training. In addition, there will be 30 minutes of game play and tactical instruction.
