WE ARE ASPIRE: Long Island SC Joins the Girls Academy ASPIRE League

The Girls Academy (GA) has introduced ASPIRE, a tier two league designed to enhance the development of elite girls’ soccer players. Long Island Soccer Club’s inclusion in ASPIRE is a significant milestone, further elevating our competitive landscape and solidifying our commitment to fostering top-tier talent. By partnering with the Development Player League (DPL), ASPIRE creates a clear, performance-based pathway for players and clubs to advance, while raising the overall standard of competition.

For Long Island SC, joining ASPIRE is more than just an opportunity—it’s a chance to push the boundaries of our player development program. This partnership with the Girls Academy provides our players with access to regional play, National Showcases, and a robust talent identification system, ensuring they are positioned for success in a competitive, growth-focused environment.

“We are thrilled to announce that Long Island Soccer Club has been accepted into the Girls Academy Aspire League,” said Pamela Lumpe, Girls Director. “This achievement is a testament to the hard work, dedication, and talent of our players and coaches. It marks an exciting new chapter for our teams as we embrace the opportunity to collaborate with the Girls Academy—the leading youth platform for the best female soccer players.”

ASPIRE’s merit-based system ensures that performance is at the heart of the league, rewarding success while prioritizing player development at every level. For Long Island SC, this marks the beginning of an exciting journey to nurture and elevate the next generation of elite soccer talent.
